Orla Queally

Daughter of former amateur champion rider and trainer John Queally, Orla made her racecourse debut aboard Costanuci for her father in a Tramore bumper in December 2021. Orla made her points debut aboard Pat Coyne who runs in her mother’s colours, in Quakerstown in November 2024. It was Pat Coyne that provided Orla with her first success when winning the Ladies Open at Ballingarry in May 2025, on what was only Orla’s third ride in the points sphere. Coincidently, Pat Coyne also provided her brother Sean with his initial success in October 2024.
