Downpatrick native Toni Quail made her point-to-point debut aboard Danny Fitzsimmons’ Puff My Pistons in the winner of two race at Tyrella in January 2019. Quail, who has previously represented Ireland at the European Junior Eventing Championships, gained her first race-winning experience in the saddle, having won the Event Riders Challenge race that was run at Dundalk a year earlier. In October 2020, Ellen Doyle's One For The Yard proved to be her first pointing success at Loughanmore, with a first official racecourse win coming for Colin Bowe when John Adams won over hurdles at Sligo in August 2021.
