2018 may well have been Ben Harvey's first season point-to-pointing, with his father David's Art Lord at Aghabullogue his first mount in January 2018, however Harvey has featured on point-to-point cards in the past, winning a pony race alongside his younger brother Alex at the Meath & Tara point-to-point at Fairyhouse in April 2016. The Dubliner, who is a nephew of well-known Bloodstock Agent Daithi Harvey, recorded his first success between the flags aboard Cheeky Rafeeky for Eddie Power at Bellurgan Park in April 2019.
