Lelia Byrne

Lelia Byrne made her point-to-point debut aboard her own Matter Of Opinion, trained by William Harvey, at Damma House in November 2026, finishing a creditable third, beaten just two lengths. She had previously gained considerable experience on the track, recording two winners, with her first success coming aboard Is She Real in a bumper at Bellewstown in August 2025, followed by a handicap hurdle victory aboard Campbell Black at Thurles in February 2026.
