Roderic Kavanagh has gained plenty of success over a number of season's riding his families horses, beginning with his first victory aboard the notable grey Dom Fontenail at Donore in May 2010. That French-bred carried the colours of Kavanagh's mother Antoinette and would also bring him success at Borris House in 2011 . In subsequent years, the likes of Dantes King and Hasty Times have taken over for him. The former bringing him to seven victories between 2014 and 2018, whilst Hasty Times would win the Farmers Winners race in back-to-back years 2015 and 2016.
