It was a dramatic conclusion to this years Joseph O’Reilly hunters chase with the dimension of the race changing on two ocassions, but it was the Johnny Berry trained Five Star Getaway who came in front on the hands of his son Josh Berry.

The two market principles Wrappedupinmay and Hunters Yarns looked set to battle out when both fell at the third last, then that left the Stephanie Ocsko-Moore Stuzzikini in front he was strongly pressed by the eventual winner when he fell a the second last which left Five Star Getaway to come in front by fifteen lengths.

Five Star Getaway was last seen when finishing runner-up to Asian Master at Bellharbour in February.  It was first appearance back in the winners enclosure since winning the open at Tattersalls last May.
