A new course for the West Waterford point-to-point is among the autumn highlights as the pre-Christmas point-to-point calendar has been published.
They will stage a fixture at Kilphilbeen, which is located on the outskirts of Ballynoe village in Co. Cork, on Saturday, November 21st.
A total of 28 fixtures have been scheduled, an increase of one from 2025, as the Laois Foxhounds will feature in the autumn term for just a third time.
They unveiled a new course at Ballygogue House in February, and after its successful introduction, the track will also now host an autumn fixture on Saturday, November 28th.
There is a traditional look to the start of the season, with Toomebridge and Castletown-Geoghegan once again kickstarting the season on the weekend of October 3rd and 4th, and that theme continues throughout the rest of the autumn programme, which matches the 2025 calendar.
The autumn season is scheduled to finish on the weekend of December 5th and 6th, with action at Boulta on the Saturday, and Ballycrystal and Tattersalls on that concluding weekend.
