Jonathan Fogarty had a day to remember at his home track of Lingstown last Sunday when he saddling a career-first three-timer.
His domination of the card's four-year-old maiden races began with last month’s Umma House debut second Jenny France, who easily justified favoritism when quickening from before the second last fence to waltz home 14 lengths clear of debutant Queensworthy in the four-year-old mares' maiden.
The Barry Stone-ridden €52,000 graduate from the Goffs Arkle sale will most likely now be sold.
The four-year-old geldings maiden was divided with the Fogarty-Stone combination taking both divides with French-bred favourites Sine Qua Non and Kindly Prince respectively.
With 13 runners going to post for the first division, the seriously impressive debutant, Sine Qua Non , took up the running before the sixth fence and stormed clear from two out to trounce the only other finisher Loaded and Locked by a resounding 48 lengths in extremely blustery weather conditions.
The Masked Marvel-sired Sine Qua Non was purchased for €90,000 at the 2023 Goffs Arkle Sale and is a half-brother to two winners including Listed placed French hurdler Fast Vision and who traces back to Grade 1 winning hurdler Spec Militurf.
Fogarty reported that Sine Qua Non will now be offered for sale.
Arqana Summer Sale graduate, Kindly Prince, provided Barry Stone and Jonathan Fogarty with the concluding leg of their three-timer in the second divide when asserting clear after two out to score by a comfortable 16 lengths.
Fogarty described Kindly Prince as a “mighty horse who just needed time," and he will now be offered as lot four at Saturday's Goffs Coral Gold Cup Sale after racing at Newbury.

These victories continue what has been a fruitful couple of weeks for the Wexford outfit, with their two offerings at the recent Tattersalls Cheltenham November Sale both proving popular.
Umma House debutant runner-up Reckless Spending fetched £200,000 with Lisronagh winner Hank West going under the hammer for £195,000. Reckless Spending will continue his career with Nicky Henderson and Hank West will reside at Willie Mullins' Closutton yard.
Fogarty is based at Gaynestown Stud in Cleariestown, County Wexford and in addition to training for the track and point-to-pointers he also breaks and pretrains horses as well as running a broodmare operation.
Fogarty graduated with a bachelor of Agriculture Science and Agribusiness before spending time with Francois Douman in France and J.S. Bolger in Ireland, he also gained experience at Yeomanstown Stud. He established Gaynestown Stud in 2012.
The Gaynestown Stud Partnership look to have three more promising youngsters on their hands after Sunday’s domination of the four-year-old division and loooking ahead to this weekend, there are big entries for both Borris House and Ballindenisk with Fogarty holding four entries in the four-year-old maidens at each meeting.
