Turtulla is a relatively new track on the circuit, as this is only the second fixture held at the course. On Thursday, Martina Fogarty from the Golden Vale’s commented:
“Everything looks very good for the weekend. The ground is still good, despite all the rain. But it is a great course so we are happy with it.
"They are working away on the track now and Val O’Connell is coming down tomorrow to inspect. We are planning on having our own tea tent on Sunday with plenty of refreshments."

The second of this seasons’ four fixtures at Tinahely, is hosted by the Wicklow’s on Sunday. With a dry forecast for the weekend it should prove a great day out for all. There are a number decent sorts amongst the entries, along with the added novelty of a pony race on the day. The usual food and beverage outlets will be in attendance.
