Confined to Point to Point Handlers who held a Handlers Permit during the 2023/24 season and who since 1/1/98 have not trained more than 10 winners as a Point to Point Handler or under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing, at time of entry. Mares allowed 5lbs.
