Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, which have not won a race under the Rules of Racing or
Steeplechasing in any Country and not more than two Point to Point Steeplechases of any description, and
are the property on or before 1st January 2008 of Members of East Antrim Hounds who are subscribers
holding a valid Hunter Certificate to the East Antrim Hunt. The owner must be a fully paid up member of
EAH by 1/1/08.
