PREVIEW

MY LIFE BE LIKE posted a big performance to finish fourth behind three top hunter chasers at Down Royal last Christmas, and that is particularly eye-catching form ahead of his return to action. Gale Force Jet is a three-time winner around here, including twice earlier this year, Everest The Brave ended last season strongly, with a hunter chase success in Downpatrick, and is clearly on an upward trajectory. But it may be Jeroboam Machin that is the biggest threat. A Grade 2 Bumper winner, he finished a close second in a Galway maiden hurdle on his penultimate start behind a horse that recently ran in a Group 1 on the flat.
