In a race with a rich recent history of producing smart types, BLUE FLIGHT represents local connections in Colin McKeever and Wilson Dennison. The Blue Bresil gelding chased home the impressive Some Man on debut at Portrush late last month in a very encouraging effort. With that effort likely to bring about significant improvement, he could be the one to follow here. Burrows Edge, Clondaggan and Spin The Coin all made the frame on their initial outings with the latter finishing second to Templepark at Kirkistown. Meanwhile, final fence casualty Donjon is another for the short list.
