Video Archives | Loughanmore April 2003

Over the coming weeks, we will be adding videos to some of the old point-to-point fixtures that we have on file.  The next year we are adding videos from is the 2003 season.

The next meeting to be added to the archives is the East Antrim Hunt who held their annual Easter point-to-point fixture at Loughanmore.

Below is a re-cap of what happened on the day.

Leading Gossip and Jim Keeling took the opening winners of two contest in good fashion when responding well to pressure to get up and lead close home to deny Isle Beeavenue.

Whadouno and Mark O’Hare stayed on gamely to take the mares open for a narrow victory over Lady So Sharp.

The seven-year-old and upwards geldings maiden was won in good style by Barney Radetzky and J D Moore.

You Owe Me posted an impressive performance in the five and six-year-old geldings maiden when coming home in front by a distance.

Letitia’s Loss and J D Moore were impressive winners of the four and five-year-old mares maiden making it a double on the day for the Kildare rider.

Brian Hamilton registered a double on the day when taking the concluding six-year-old and upwards mares maiden aboard Linalcabar.
