Video Archives | Comber April 2003

Over the coming weeks, we will be adding videos to some of the old point-to-point fixtures that we have on file.  The next year we are adding videos from is the 2003 season.

The North Down Foxhounds point-to-point fixture at Comber is the next meeting to be added to our video archives.

Below is a re-cap of what happened on the day.

The opening race at the North Down Foxhounds meeting at Comber was won by Copper Star in the hands of Brian Hamilton.

Foursure and Claire MacMahon took the mares winner of two race in good fashion.

Peter Buchanan and Alotofbull stayed on gamely from the last to land the four and five-year-old maiden.

Boyne Valley Hero supplied Claire MacMahon with her second winner of the afternoon when winning the ladies open lightweight.  The pair had to battle had to see off Pull The Lever.

The six-year-old and upwards mares maiden saw Camden Confusion come home in front in the hands of Brian Hamilton.

The concluding race of the day, the six-year-old and upwards geldings maiden was won by The Deacon with Christopher Cosgrave doing the steering.

The initial 23 entries for the Tattersalls Cheltenham April Sale on Thursday, 25 April are now available online and include 11-winning and placed four-year-olds.

Latest P2P Fixture Updates

The Ballymacad Hunts fixture will now take place at Tatterslls, there will be a second fixture at Loughanmore in April, whilst Taylorstown has been rescheduled for May 18th.
