On Tuesday 2nd February, Teagasc held a webinar on the movement of equines between Ireland and the UK including as a landbridge since Brexit.
The panel consisted of Teagasc Equine Specialist, Wendy Conlon, Catherine Lawler (Superintending Veterinary Officer, Animal Health Division in the Department of Agriculture Food and Marine) Celine O’Neill (Princopal Officer, Brexit Policy and Customs Legislation Branch, Customs Division, Revenue) and Humphrey O’ Sullivan (Assistant Principal Officer, VAT Interpretation Branch, Indirect Taxes Policy & Legislation Division, Revenue).
