Video Archives | Tinahely February 2003

Over the coming weeks, we will be adding videos to some of the old point-to-point fixtures that we have on file.  The next year we are adding videos from is the 2003 season.

The next fixture to be added to the video archive section is the Bray Hunts point-to-point fixture at Tinahely.

Below is a re-cap of what happened on the day.

Lotto Lolly and Alan took the opening race at Bray Hunts point-to-point fixture at Tinahely when coming in front of the open lightweight.

Foursure and Gordon Elliott took the winners of two contest in good fashion.

The five and six-year-old geldings maiden was won in good style by Twilight Trix and Jamie Codd.

Division two of the five and six-year-old geldings maiden saw Winding River and Alan Fleming come in front for an impressive 10-length victory.

The opening division of the five and six-year-old mares maiden was won by Rueben Jane and Kieran Roche.

Division two of the five and six-year-old mares maiden was won by Vartry Mist and Colin Motherway.

Alan Fleming registered a double on the day when winning division one of the seven and eight-year-old geldings maiden aboard Winning Leader.

Division two of the seven and eight-year-old geldings maiden saw Nashville come home in front under the guidance of  Tom Cullen.

Madmariea provided Colin Motherway with his second winner of the afternoon when landing the five-year-old and upwards adjacent maiden.
