The East Down Foxhounds point-to-point fixture at Tyrella is the latest meeting to be added to our video archives.
Below gives a brief re-cap of what happened on the day.
The opening race at the East Down Foxhounds point-to-point fixture at Tyrella, the confined hunt maiden was won in good style by Nik Libre in the hands of Davy Russell.
The five and six-year-old geldings maiden produced an impressive winner in the form of Thyneforayup who ran out a 20-length victory under John Quinn.
Davy Russell made the trip from Cork worthwhile when registering a double, courtesy of Goodbadindiferent in division two of the five and six-year-old geldings maiden.
Saul McHugh ran out a two-length victory of the open lightweight aboard the consistent Finoel.
Zaffaran In Eden and Barry Potts took the five-year-old mares maiden in good style when coming in front by 10-lengths.
Aran-Na-Pogue and Aaron Stronge were first passed the post in the winners of two contest but were subsequently disqualified for taking the wrong course. The race was then awarded to Lynrick Lady and John Quinn.
Take Me Too and Robert Patton came in front to land the seven-year-old and upwards maiden. (Race Missing)
Cluain Ri and Colleen stayed on well in the closing stages to see off the challenge of Sporting Heart in the seven-year-old and upwards maiden.
Cry Of The Banshee and Patrick Harty looked set for victory in the concluding division of the seven-year-old and upwards maiden before refusing at the last and leaving the way clear for Deraldi’s Dream and Rory Lavery.
