Goffs Punchestown Sale Catelogue now online

Goffs have confirmed their catalogue for the Punchestown Sale, due to be held after racing on Thursday.  In addition to the horses announced last week, there have been several additions from this weekend’s point-to-point action.

These include several highly impressive four-year-old winners, the first of which to score was Lecale’s Article (Malinas), whose performance at Largy makes him one of the seasons most exciting prospects.

Quoi De Neuf (Anzillero) won Sunday’s four-year-old maiden at Ballysteen, a race previously won by Faugheen, and Needham’s Gap (Flemensfirth) scored for the Monbeg team at Courtown.  The four-year-old geldings’ winner at Dromahane was Le Cheval Noir and he will be offered for sale as will be the same meeting’s eye-catching mares’ winner Honeysuckle (Sulamani).

The horses will be sold with a pre-sale veterinary certificate for which the examination will be held on Wednesday at Goffs.  The horses will be available for inspection on Thursday morning at Goffs and on Thursday afternoon at Punchestown.

In total there are 16 lots and pedigrees and video footage can be viewed via the Goffs website www.goffs.com or by clicking the links below.  Wild card entries will be considered until Wednesday and enquiries should be made to Nick Nugent on 086 2438899 or Gerry Hogan on 087 2933683:
