Glorious Lady (IRE)
4yo, B, Mare, Fame and Glory (GB) – Lady Secret (FR) (Lord Of Men (GB))
Glorious Lady heads to the sales following her debut success at Stowlin in a competitive four-year-old mares’ maiden. Having been ridden in mid-division from flag fall, Glorious Lady joined the leaders before the penultimate fence where she disputed the lead before the last and found plenty for pressure to keep on well to lead on the run-in for the Gavin Cromwell yard. By the ill-fated sire, Fame And Glory whose progeny has created a huge impression both in point-to-points on the track this spring, Glorious Lady is out of a half-sister to the Grade one and 12-time winner Mansony. This exciting mare looks the sort that will be a real addition to any trainer’s yard in mares’ races over the coming seasons.
