Jarveys Plate has shown plenty of promise on his two starts to date having finished second on his debut run at Dromahane in November behind Court Master. Following up that run, the son of Getaway posted another solid display behind the hugely exciting Straight Red in a competitive four-year-old maiden at Mainstown in December when finishing just three and a half lengths behind the eye-catching newcomer. Out of Shes Got To Go who was placed in two bumpers, Jarveys Plate is a half-brother to two winners and is also from the family of the Grade 1 placed Ride The Storm. Having posted two consistent runs to date, this progressive gelding lost little in defeat and is a very likeable youngster with a lot to offer it seems.
